TECHNICAL FISCALIZATION AND AUDIT

Renewable energy assets involve complex O&M processes. In many cases, the manufacturer of the power generation unit is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant, which leads to a conflict of interest with the owner: the responsible for O&M seeks to comply only with what is required by the contract, and is interested in the lowest possible wear on the components that are under his responsibility. As a result, his O&M cost is reduced and the contract becomes profitable. In return, the owner of the asset is interested in the return on his investment, with a transparent, proactive and active O&M, which is aligned not only with the availability of the asset, but with the generation of energy.

O2 offers O&M technical fiscalization and audit to the market. Thus, the plant owner has the certainty that O&M services in the field are being performed according to the best operating, health, safety and environmental practices, aiming at high availability and energy generation.

The responsible for O&M is also benefited by the audit, considering that the high know-how of an independent company as inspector of its team in the field results in a lower incidence of work accidents. In addition, if the company responsible for O&M is also the manufacturer of the powe generation units, the identification of design and / or assembly non-conformities during inspection allows similar non-conformities to be proactively mitigated in other plants under its responsibility.

O2 will act as technical guardian of the O&M contract, with benefits for all those directly or indirectly involved in the power generation and transmission process of this plant.
