O&M PERFORMANCE

ANALYSIS

Renewable energy assets constantly "talk" to their operators and maintainers through their operational data. Millions of data are generated in short periods of time, and these data need to be correctly interpreted to optimize the health and performance of the asset.

Aiming at this correct interpretation, the whole process related to this data must also be correct: capture, treatment, ordering, storage, access, manipulation and, finally, interpretation.

In addition to the data reported by the assets, one must work with the human factor linked to the maintenance area, correlating this data with the former. It turns out that work orders and maintenance reports are often incomplete or mistaken, and conflict with what is reported by the asset data. In addition, aspects of maintenance effectiveness should be evaluated, checking indicators such as failure rate, mean time between failures (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR) and mean time to failure (MTTF).

O2 offers the performance analysis service of operation and maintenance data (O&M) inserted in several service packages, but it also offers it in a standalone version, aiming at projects in which our clients need specific diagnoses and validations.
